Painting by Peter Evans

Peter Evans was born in Birmingham in 1943.  He worked as an exhibition designer, and then manager of Warwick Fine Arts Dealers and Framers Birmingham, before becoming an artist in his own right in the 1980’s. This is one of his older paintings, which focused on building details and facades with striking realism. This piece is signed, bottom left corner.
